We take our role as culture editors seriously, knowing that every communication we create shapes attitudes about aging. That’s why we believe aging services marketing should be as vibrant, distinctive and HUMAN as possible.
The 3rd3rd team is made up of seasoned general communications professionals who have built campaigns for world-class brands like Starbucks, T-Mobile USA, Nike, Microsoft and more. Today, we’ve dedicated that expertise to the senior living space because it’s our passion.
We’re a national agency spread across all time zones. Our structure functions like a single brain–fast, responsive and fully tuned in to our clients’ needs. We practice radical transparency and live by the simple premise: be nice first, smart second. That philosophy shapes a collaborative approach where we adapt to each client’s working style, creating long-term partnerships built on trust, creativity and results.
From bold branding to high-performance digital campaigns, we bring the best of modern marketing to senior living—delivering strategy, content and creative work that connects with real people and drives measurable success.
