We’re growing and looking for an advertising production manager!

We are a national advertising agency specializing in the 55+ consumer space seeking to hire a senior-level, advertising production manager. This position is the next role to fill in our company, and we are looking for someone comfortable interviewing now, getting lined up, and possibly waiting a month before the job begins.

About Us

The 3rdThird Marketing and 3rdPlus team is an optimistic bunch that works on a double bottom line: earning a living and creating business success while at the same time breaking down societal ageism and helping senior living communities to meet their business goals. And YES, working in senior living can be sexy! We are not a run-of-the-mill agency.

Headquartered in downtown Seattle, Washington, this position is primarily remote with working in the office on average one day per week.

  • A positive work-life-balance with all bank holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year off and a healthy vacation allowance
  • Competitive health insurance package with a choice of HSA or insurance plan
  • Unit rights appreciation shares are available after one year (it gives you some value in the upside of our organization)
  • A very cool group of senior-level professionals who value being kind first and smart second and thrive on making a difference in society and the lives of our elders

Important to us
Soft skills that include being open-minded, having a positive attitude, being a focused person who pays great attention to detail, accountability, and somebody who thrives on both collaboration and self-starting. Tech savviness is a must as well because we use a lot of tech in our day-to-day project management methods. A background check will be performed.
